I develop strategies to target audiences, deliver messages, open minds, solve problems, and create change.

I focus my research on maximizing the effectiveness of communications strategies (audience, content, delivery, and sequence), which is supported by three enabling objectives: a) Develop, optimize, and validate key psychometric and observational (behavioral) measures; b) develop and optimize scalable and/or alternative approaches to research designs and creating, managing, analyzing, interpreting, and sharing data; and c) develop innovative methods and practices of teaching and learning.

The products of my research are used to develop audience and consumer personas, which provide guidance for creating strategic communications and campaigns.
