Today, TV providers locked in fierce battle for subscribers are looking at music as an opportunity to transform themselves into one-stop entertainment providers. Case in point, MVPDs are keener than ever to offer next-generation experiences such as personalized music video playlisting and advanced artist search within the linear and VOD programming they deliver.  Key to these offerings are deep, descriptive metadata such as the mood and genre of recordings which enable perfect playlist creation and connected content IDs which tie musicians to TV and movie appearances powering advanced discovery.

This panel of industry experts will take a close look at new cross-media entertainment experiences which bridge video and music providing consumers all new opportunities to engage with the most popular forms of digital media.
