For those just entering the industry, it's important to learn the fundamentals of the artist team and how it functions. There are five pillars that make up the business foundation: operations, performance, branding, publicity, and marketing. With the ever-changing landscape of the industry's job titles and positions, it can be very confusing where to get started. During this panel, we'll discuss the varied skill sets required for each pillar and how individuals can best utilize their skills and interests to begin a career in the music industry.
