Music Biz 101 & More: Live In Nashville!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

William Paterson University’s Music Biz 101 & More is the only college radio show/podcast in the  United States of America that focuses on the business side of the music and entertainment biz.  Hosted by WPU's Dr. Steve Marcone and Professor Dave Philp, Music Biz 101 & More provides in-depth interviews with industry-insiders that music business students, professionals, and DIY musicians want to hear.

Join Music Biz 101 & More live to close out the Career Development Workshop sessions.  This event, to be recorded for an upcoming radio show and podcast, will feature a panel of captivating music industry professionals.  The theme: Did You Know? Panelists will describe three or four everyday tasks they participate in that weren’t part of their job descriptions. In fact, their bosses might not even know they do these things. Time will be left for interactive audience Q&A.

The session will feature energy, some laughs, and give attendees great insight into the professional lives of our participants. Everyone in attendance (even those on the panel) will attain at least one golden nugget of information they can take home with them.
