Bob Mehr is the author of the New York Times bestseller, “Trouble Boys: The True Story of the Replacements,” a music critic for the Gannett/USA Today network, and a longtime U.S. correspondent for MOJO magazine. Mehr has written liner notes for projects from Otis Redding, The Dixie Chicks, The Kinks, Warren Zevon, Al Green, and the Grammy-winning Big Star box set, “Keep an Eye on the Sky”. He also produced the 2017 Rhino release by The Replacements, “Live at Maxwell's 1986.”
