Donna Ross is the Sr. Director of Sales at Concord Music, where she plans, executes and cultivates the creative sales and promotional campaigns at independent retailers, nationwide. Ross spent the first 20 years of her career at EMI, Caroline, Capitol Records and Ingrooves Music Group, where she was devoted to artist development and raising the voice of the industry’s indie artists.
