Frank Hill is the Director of College & Lifestyle Marketing at Universal Music Group. His team creates and executes marketing strategies to the 18-24 demographic for UMG artists and brands; including managing a team of 75 national College & Lifestyle Marketing Representatives, which provide services including content creation, live events, experiential activations, college media outreach, A&R scouting, tour marketing, digital marketing, campus and lifestyle visibility. Prior, Hill was an artist manager working with several musicians on major and independent labels; was a Project Manager at the creative advertising agency Translation; as well as oversaw the production of Honda Civic Tour and Honda Stage at Music Festivals for the experiential agency, Marketing Factory.
