Jackson Mercer is VP of Operations at Concord Music, overseeing metadata, digital supply chain, and the technology platforms that support them. His work has focused on building technology-centric workflows, and developing applications to manage the rapid growth of Concord's frontline releases and catalog. Mercer and his team are dedicated to the creation, collection, maintenance and delivery of metadata and assets to digital retailers, performance  rights organizations, and business partners.
