On June 12th, 2013, Jeff Price launched his new company Audiam – Audiam gets artists paid from the use of their music on YouTube. On January 26th, 2006, Jeff Price launched TuneCore. Over the next six years he raised over $9MM in venture and strategic capital and built TuneCore into the world’s largest music distribution and publishing administration entity. Its’ customer base sold over 600,000,000 units of music within three years generating over $300,000,000 in Gross music sales. As of July, 2012, TuneCore represented over 5% of all digital music sales revenue in the United States making it 55% the size of EMI and 35% the size of Universal Music. Jeff is also co-founder and was GM / President of the New York based independent record label spinART records (Pixies, Echo & The Bunnymen, Apples In Stereo, Richard Thompson etc) for seventeen years – his label was in strategic relationships with Sony, Warner Bros., Sire, Polygram Music Publishing and others.
Jeff Price is the CEO & Founder of Audiam, a digital Reproduction Rights collection agency for publishers and songwriters for all interactive streaming entities, including YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, Rhapsody, Amazon, Slacker, Tidal, Google Play, and numerous others.  Price is also the Founder of TuneCore, where built the company into the world’s largest music distribution and publishing administration entity.  Its customer base sold more than 1 billion units of music, generating more than $700 thousand in gross music sales.  He also Co-Founded and was GM & President of the independent record label, spinART Records, which was in strategic relationships with Sony, Warner Bros., Sire, Polygram Music Publishing and others. spinART records was the first record label in the music industry to offer its catalog of releases via paid download as mp3s.  Price contributed to the founding charter and organization of The American Association of Independent Music (AAIM).  In addition, he has appeared on Nightline, CNBC, ABC News, CNN, and MSNBC, along with being interviewed, quoted and featured in publications ranging from the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Billboard, Fortune,  Spin, NPR, Business Week, and the Boston Globe, among countless others.
