Kelly Donohue is a Partner at Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer LLP,  where she files pleadings on behalf of clients before the Federal Communications Commission in application and rulemaking proceedings, and handles matters relating to new station licensing, renewals, ownership and attribution, assignments and transfers, facility changes, EEO compliance, sponsorship identification and contest rules. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Assistant Division Chief in the Audio Division of the FCC’s Media Bureau, and as Special Counsel to the Bureau Chief in the Enforcement Bureau. Donohue is currently the ABA Advisor to the Uniform Law Commission's Committee on Highly Automated Vehicles, as well as co-manages a growing trademark practice. She began her career as a professional musician and continues to perform regularly with her award-winning “kindie” rock band, Here Comes Trouble.
