Kelli Turner serves as Executive Vice President, Operations, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of SESAC Holdings, Inc., a leading music rights organization. In this capacity, Turner is charged with overseeing finance, corporate development, licensing and administrative functions.
 
In 2017, Turner, in conjunction with CEO John Josephson, led the sale of SESAC Holdings to Blackstone. Since joining SESAC in 2014, Turner also has led the acquisitions of the mechanical rights organization Harry Fox Agency (HFA) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI), and continues to oversee some of the company’s most important licensing negotiations.

Before joining SESAC, Turner served as President and Chief Financial Officer of RSL Management Corporation. Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (“MSLO”), a diversified media and merchandising company. Additionally, Turner has held positions as a Senior Vice President, Operations in the Office of the Chairman and CEO at Time Warner Inc., and Senior Vice President, Business Development at New Line Cinema. She worked in investment banking for many years with positions at Allen & Company, and Citigroup. Early in her career, Turner received tax and audit experience at Ernst & Young, LLP.

As a member of the Board of Directors of Central European Media Enterprises, a company publicly traded on the NASDAQ, Turner serves on the audit and compensation committees.

Recently, Turner was honored by the Nashville Business Journal as the 2017 “CFO of the Year,” and earlier accolades include T.J. Martell Foundation’s “Women of Influence Awards,” and Billboard magazine’s “Women in Music.” She is a member of the Country Music Association, Americana Music Association, and The Recording Academy.

Turner holds an undergraduate business degree and law degree from The University of Michigan, and continues to remain dedicated to the university. Turner and her husband have two children that occupy their time when not in the office.
