As Head of Latin Music Programming at Pandora since 2012, Marcos Juárez has overseen the incremental growth of the genre on the platform over the last five years. With an eye towards being representative of the diversity of the Latin American diaspora in the U.S., he has developed a programming strategy at Pandora which seeks to be relatable to all users, regardless of background. Pandora continues to be the number one streaming service amongst Latinos in the U.S., largely due to the vision implemented by Juárez.
