Silentó is a 20-year old rapper from Atlanta, Georgia, whose single "Watch Me (Whip/NaeNae)" has garnered over 1.48 billion views on YouTube. The single first made it to the iTunes Top 100 chart without receiving any radio airplay, due in large part to the video going viral. By the end of 2015, the song also made it on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 (No. 8), and the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs (No. 3). “Watch Me” has since gone six times platinum and has been downloaded over six million times. More recently, Silentó is preparing to drop his debut album, Fresh Out of High School. His latest singles “Issa Vibe” and “Wild” already have over four thousand streams on SoundCloud and 1.7 million views on YouTube.
